We have extensive experience in the development of control units with integrated power output stages.
In addition to our rapid control prototyping platform PUMA, the focus is on the development of customer-specific, space-integrated series control units. The process-accurate and safety-compliant implementation is just as natural as the use of simulations and powerful development tools such as ALTIUM Designer.
We also pay particular attention to the 3D integration of the electronics in the available space and the corresponding thermal connection. The voltage range extends from the typical automotive and commercial vehicle range of 12/24V up to 400/800V for electric vehicles.
