Both in the development and in the production of electric drives and motors, functional and reliability testing is of crucial importance in order to guarantee the required quality and safety.

The requirements for such test benches can be very different. From classic static load conditions and performance analysis to highly dynamic load simulations and hardware-in-the-loop (HiL) configurations, we design and implement turnkey test bench systems tailored to your application and requirements.

Our test benches cover the range of up to 1000 Vdc supply voltage and power up to +/- 15 kW and can be used in your product development as well as for endurance and end-of-line tests.

Typical applications for our test benches range from speed-driven systems such as electric compressors and pumps to position- or power-driven systems such as electric steering or brakes.
